Two photos, two stars
Upload one photo of each person. Photo 1 is the survivor holding the rifle, photo 2 is the one who has turned. The AI keeps both faces, hair and skin tone from the photos.
Upload a photo of you and one of your partner or best friend. Zombie AI films the 15-second zombie hug from the trend: they have turned, you can't shoot, the rifle drops and they leap into your arms, then the scene cuts to a golden memory. Sound included, vertical for TikTok and Reels.

The story
Most zombie trend videos tell the same short love story, often called the zombie hug, and that is why people tag their partner or best friend under them. Here is how the 15-second version from Zombie AI plays out:
Built for one thing: putting the two of you into the zombie trend.
Upload one photo of each person. Photo 1 is the survivor holding the rifle, photo 2 is the one who has turned. The AI keeps both faces, hair and skin tone from the photos.
Every length tells the zombie hug: the stand-off, the rifle dropping, the leap and the hard cut to a golden memory. 15 seconds gives each moment room; 10 and 5 seconds tell it faster.
Every video comes with its own AI-made soundtrack, generated together with the picture, so the clip works on its own. You can still swap in a trending sound when you post.
Every zombie video is vertical 9:16 at 720p, the format the trend is posted in. Download the MP4, or share it to TikTok straight from your phone.
Your photos are used only to make your video. Finished videos show up only in your own account, and we never post them or use them in our examples.
Credits come in one-time packs and never expire. If a video fails, the credits go straight back to your balance.
Most zombie trend videos star a couple: one partner has turned, the other can't shoot. Put yourself in photo 1 and your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife in photo 2, then post it and tag them with the question people ask under these videos: would you still know me? It works the same with a best friend, a sibling or a parent, as long as both of you are adults.
The moment that makes people cry is the cut: the zombie leaps, and in mid-air the film jumps to a sunny memory of the same two people, alive and laughing. Zombie AI writes that cut into every video, ending in a golden wheat field, so you don't have to edit two clips together in CapCut.
Swap the photos to swap the roles: whoever is in photo 2 becomes the zombie. Some couples post both versions side by side. Each version is a new video, so it costs the same credits again.
Buy credits once, no subscription. A full 15-second zombie video is 20 credits, 10 seconds is 13 and 5 seconds is 6.
Single
One full zombie video to try it.
Trio
Both versions with your partner, and one more.
Crew
Enough for the whole group chat.
FAQ

The AI zombie trend is a TikTok and Instagram video trend in which two people, usually a couple, appear in a short AI-made film: one has turned into a zombie, the other can't shoot, drops the weapon and opens their arms, and the zombie leaps into a hug that cuts to a happy memory. People make it from two ordinary photos and tag the other person in the post.
Signing up is free, and checking in 5 days in a row gives you 6 free credits, enough for a 5-second video. A full 15-second video costs 20 credits; the smallest pack is $9.90 for 20 credits. There is no subscription.
Use two photos with one person each, facing the camera in good light, with the face and upper body visible. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and group shots. Photo 1 is the survivor, photo 2 becomes the zombie. Both people must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in the video.
You can choose 5, 10 or 15 seconds; 15 seconds tells the whole story. Videos are vertical 9:16 at 720p with sound. Making one usually takes a few minutes, and you can leave the page while it renders.
There is no single official song. Most zombie trend videos use a slow, sad piano or string track, or the sound the AI made with the video, and many TikTok posts reuse one popular original sound. Your Zombie AI video comes with its own AI-made soundtrack, and you can pick any sound in TikTok when you post.
Not yet. Zombie AI is built for two people, one photo each, and a pet photo won't turn into a convincing zombie with the same story. For now, use photos of two adults.
Creators made the first zombie trend videos in general AI video tools: tutorials use ByteDance's Seedance in Dreamina or CapCut, Higgsfield, PixVerse and Google Flow, usually with long prompts and two clips edited together. Zombie AI uses ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 video model with the story already written, so you only bring two photos.
On your phone, tap Share to TikTok under your finished video, or download the MP4 and upload it in TikTok. Tag the other person, add #zombietrend, and turn on TikTok's AI-generated content label before you post.
Your photos are used only to make your video, and your finished videos appear only in your own account. We don't post them, share them or use them as examples. Details are in our privacy policy.
If a video fails, we first retry it once automatically. If that fails too, the credits go straight back to your balance. If you're still stuck, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Two photos, a few minutes, and a 15-second zombie hug to tag them in.
